The immediate local area, covering Bridge of Weir, Kilmacolm and Houston, is blessed with plenty of good quality restaurants, café bistro’s and bars, serving the main varieties of traditional and ethnic food that you would expect. Scottish Fayre
As well as tasty Italian and quality Scottish Fayre, Bridge of Weir has the oldest Indo-Pak restaurant in Scotland outside Glasgow! It has been in the village for over 45 years and still run by the original owner Muhammad Shafiq and his family – a must if you like curries!
Go slightly further afield to Johnstone, Paisley and Linwood, 10 minutes by car, and you will find traditional Italian and high-street outlets such as Nando’s, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Brewers Fayre, etc. at the Phoenix Retail Park.

Our farm sits on the edge of the village, making it a peaceful retreat yet still conveniently close—just 15 minutes from Glasgow Airport and 25 minutes from Glasgow city centre by car. You’ll also find Loch Lomond just half an hour away, along with two charming villages nearby that offer lovely restaurants to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you!
